Coaching Packages Available:

Striving4 Change- 3 Month Wellness Program:

  • Completion of an In-depth Health History, which will provide us with clarity of your current health struggles, the best ways to approach your journey going forward to help you achieve those goals.
  • Wellness Outline Session in which we will address your current goals and tailor an individualized Wellness Program by creating clear, attainable, and measurable goals and a plan outlining how you will achieve those goals.
  • Coaching sessions— package includes six (6) 50-minute sessions conducted by phone, Skype, FaceTime or in person, bi-weekly.
  • Individualized and focused support. Weekly check-in's and support available via text or email as you begin your lifestyle changes and questions arise.
  • Additional material included- books, handouts, or instructional material
  • Mid-Way Check in Session- A 60 min session to go over the first half of your program- (review of goals, achievements made, any struggles) and to look ahead to the last half of the program. (area of focus, goals, expectations?)
  • Final results session—60‐minute session to review the results of the health coaching program and discuss focus for the future.

Food Store Tours

  • Will help you navigate through the overwhelming aisles and teach you to be a food detective.  A food store tour is to introduce you to healthier foods or to gain a deeper knowledge.
  • Tour- 1-2 hours at store mutually agreed upon
  • Spend time reading food labels
  • Discussing all forms of protein
  • Discussing fruits and vegetables- the dirty dozen/the clean fifteen, health benefits and different ways you can eat/cook them
  • Grains- how to read and decipher all the labels in the bread aisle, gluten free
  • Dairy, fat, oils- recognizing the hidden ingredients, what's a good fat vs. a bad fat, good oil choices
  • Sugar/sweeteners-  how it hides in so many foods, alternative choices
  • *any specific requests will be accommodated (ex: focus on certain foods, dairy free, certain allergies, etc) ; please make this known at time of scheduling. 

 

Pantry or Fridge Makeover

  • Available for clients who live within 50 miles or through Skype/FaceTime
  • 1-2 hour long consultation
  • The beginning of the consultation begins with any goals or concerns you may have
  • We'll go through your pantry or fridge together, where you will learn decipher labels to see which foods are best for you and your family.
  • Learn to read labels more quickly
  • Confidently choose between healthy foods and less healthy foods
  • Create a new grocery list and learn easy replacement items
  • Explore new foods and their nutritional information/ingredients
