At Striving4 we specifically like to concentrate on the "four pillars"; which consist of physical health, nutritional health, emotional well-being and stress reduction/relaxation.  It is here you should be regularly checking in with yourself; actively listening and taking stock on how you are feeling.  When one area of your life is out of balance, other areas typically start feeling the effects.

Why chose an Integrative Nutritional Health Coach?

How would you feel? ....                                                                                                 If you could sit with someone you could talk to someone that really understands what you’re feeling physically and emotionally? Someone who has been there before? Someone who has walked a similar path before you and can help identify destructive eating patterns, negative body image issues, trigger areas around food, cravings and the emotions that tied up in food. Then help you create manageable plans that would address the challenges you face and be there for you as you go through your journey; to help keep you accountable to yourself and to work through the emotions of learning to love yourself as you are as you transform all areas of your health, while you re-balance yourself, gain confidence in learning to listen and trust your body and moving forward with your goals.

An Integrative Nutritional Health Coach is having someone there for you 1:1.    I am there to help you achieve your health and wellness goals, to cheer you on, to provide guidance and support, empower you, motivate you, to give you that nudge when you need it and most importantly, to listen.  As a Health Coach, I will be your biggest cheerleader so you will start to feel your best through your food and lifestyle changes.
